My wife, Pam, and I have been residents
of Sussex County for 33 years and 12 year residents of Fredon Township. We have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren.
Having grown up in the farmlands of upstate New York, I am very aware of the significance of living in a rural community.
Whether you are starting a family or in your golden years, our rural town is the perfect place to live. The spacious and tranquil
environment allows you to appreciate Freedom and beauty.
Taxes should not be a burden on the family budget. A fiscal conservative, I am concerned with keeping taxes in check. It is
important to maintain a sound fiscal budget and spend within our means; while preserving the services, facilities, and safety
we have come to appreciate from our township. We must not tax people out of their homes.
I currently serve on the Planning Board and the Committee to Redesign the Master Plan. I am committed to setting the right
tone for the future of our community. I would like to foster and encourage a beautification program to reflect the pride
we have in Fredon Township.
I believe in controlled growth and appreciate Fredon's rural atmosphere. It is my hope to find and bring safe ratables that
will blend with the environment and the landscape of our community.
I also believe we need to preserve our open space and preserve Fredon's natural beauty for today and the future.
When elected to the Township Committee, I will use my experience and common sense to focus on the positive resolution of our
community concerns and direct energy toward constructive problem solving.
